SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Program description

Protelynx Bio, Inc. operates the BuildBid SMS program. This is a private, non-marketing notification program for authorized account administrators. Messages may include task and deployment results, queue-processing summaries, account alerts, service-status updates, and requests to review an operational failure or account event.

The program is associated with +1 317-315-5284. These SMS Terms supplement the Protelynx Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The public enrollment page displays the complete opt-in workflow and confirmation message.

2. Consent and enrollment

You may enroll only a mobile number you own or are authorized to use. To enroll, text START to +1 317-315-5284 from that mobile device. We retain the inbound request and related program records as evidence of consent. A number is not enabled for BuildBid notifications until this opt-in is completed.

By enrolling, you expressly consent to receive automated account and operational text messages from BuildBid and Protelynx Bio, Inc. at the number used to opt in. Consent is specific to this sender and program, is not transferable to another business, and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. The person enrolling a number is responsible for ensuring they are authorized to receive account information at that number.

3. Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on account activity and may include multiple messages in a day when task, deployment, queue, service, or account events occur. Periods with no qualifying events may produce no messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Protelynx does not charge a separate fee for the SMS program, but your wireless carrier's message, data, roaming, and other charges may apply. Contact your carrier for details.

4. Opting out

Reply STOP to any BuildBid message to revoke consent and stop messages. You may receive one final confirmation message. The commands CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, and STOPALL may also be recognized. After opting out, you will not receive additional program messages unless you enroll again by texting START.

5. Help

Reply HELP for program assistance or email founder@protelynx.ai. Support can explain the program, verify the sending number, or help with enrollment and opt-out issues. For an urgent account-security concern, use the support channel available in your Protelynx or BuildBid account rather than relying on SMS.

6. Privacy and data sharing

We use your mobile number, opt-in record, message content, and delivery information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and document the SMS program. Our Privacy Policy explains our broader information practices.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information only to vendors that help us operate the messaging program—such as Twilio, telecommunications carriers, and messaging aggregators—when required by law, or when you direct us to do so.

7. Delivery and availability

Wireless carriers do not guarantee message delivery and are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may depend on carrier coverage, device settings, network availability, number eligibility, and other factors outside our control. The program may not be available on every carrier or device.

SMS messages can appear on a locked device and may be viewed by anyone with access to that device or mobile account. Do not enroll a shared or unsecured number for confidential account notifications.

8. Changes and contact

We may change or discontinue the program or these SMS Terms. We will post updates here with a revised last-updated date and provide any additional notice required by law. Changes apply prospectively. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
